Betty loves libations --- especially sake cocktails! Junior Portal, General Manager, Betty's Wok & Noodle, created the city's first sake cocktails in 1999 --- long before it became trendy. "It's all about people thinking No, I don't like Sake --- and then they try one of my cocktails, love it, tell their friends, and so on. It's unbelievable.
